Key Responsibilities
Own Glassbox instrumentation strategy & event taxonomy
Define KPI framework for features such as Briefing, Search, Notes, Signals
Build dashboards to monitor adoption, friction, and behavioral insights
Partner with Product & UX for iterative improvements based on real usage
Communicate adoption trends and feature effectiveness to leadership
Must-Have Skillsets
Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Glassbox, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Strong ability to turn raw data into clear product insights
Understanding of mobile and web analytics instrumentation
Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
