<>Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and manage enterprise-grade infrastructure for an internally developed GPT-based application. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster design and deployment at scale, strong automation skills, and experience leading DevOps initiatives in complex environments. AI/MLOps experience is a significant plus.<> <>Key Responsibilities:

<>Lead DevOps Strategy & Implementation: Drive the design, deployment, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS) for enterprise-scale applications.
<>Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, automate deployments, monitoring, and scaling of services.
<>Database Management: Deploy, administer, and fine-tune PostgreSQL databases for high performance and reliability.
<>Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like DataDog to monitor system health, reliability, and data processing efficiency.
<>Collaboration: Work closely with GPT developers, infrastructure teams, and MLOps engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
<>Scripting & Automation: Develop automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
<>Security & Compliance: Ensure infrastructure adheres to best practices for security, scalability, and compliance.

<> <>Required Skills & Experience:

<>10+ years of DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
<>Proven expertise in Kubernetes/EKS cluster architecture and management.
<>Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD (GitLab).
<>PostgreSQL administration and optimization.
<>Monitoring tools (DataDog) and infrastructure automation.

<> <>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

<>AI/MLOps experience, including LLMs and RAG architecture.
<>Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and general Azure services.
<>Knowledge of vector databases and advanced data processing workflows.
