Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Kafka Developer with strong .NET expertise to design, build, and optimize real-time data streaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building event-driven architectures, developing microservices, and integrating complex systems using Apache Kafka and .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Kafka Development

Design, develop, and maintain Kafka producers, consumers, and streaming applications.
Implement and manage Kafka clusters, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
Work with Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, KSQL, and Kafka Streams for scalable event-driven solutions.
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance tuning of Kafka environments.
Implement data serialization formats such as Avro, Protobuf, JSON.

.NET Development

Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET Core / .NET 6+ based microservices integrated with Kafka.
Build RESTful APIs, background services, and event-driven workflows.
Implement best practices for clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing.
Integrate Kafka components within existing .NET applications.

Architecture & Integration

Contribute to system design, solution architecture, and event-driven designs.
Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Implement secure coding practices and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, distributed solutions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Apache Kafka (brokers, topics, partitions, replication).
Proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 5/6+ development.
Experience with Kafka Streams, KSQL, Kafka Connect, and Confluent Platform.
Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture, distributed messaging systems, and streaming pipelines.
Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform cloud services (preferred).
Experience in logging, monitoring, and tracing with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Kafka, Confluent, or Cloud platforms.
Experience with Spark, Flink, or other streaming platforms.
Experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
