About the Role: AaraTech Inc is seeking a Data Analyst(1-2)Experience to support data reporting, analysis, visualization, and data quality tasks. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in data analytics, gain hands-on experience working with datasets, and collaborate with business teams, BI developers, and leadership to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Support stakeholders by translating business questions into analytical insights.
• Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, and maintain data quality.
• Conduct trend analysis and prepare summary reports for business teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Maintain documentation of reports, data definitions, and processes.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, business reviews, and KPI tracking activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and basic statistics.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
