Role: Data Warehouse Architect 5 (Sr. ETL / BI)
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 months + possible extension

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS (Must Have)

Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical study
6+ years building Data Warehouse & BI solutions
ETL & Data Mart Development
Reporting & Dashboards
Cross-functional ETL + BI work
Snowflake / Databricks preferred 2+ years experience in Child Welfare / Juvenile Justice / Juvenile Services SQL Assistant / Teradata Studio experience
Strong BI applications background

PREFERRED / PLUS SKILLS

State of Michigan PMM / SUITE / Agile
End-user training & stakeholder interaction
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience leading or mentoring ETL/BI developers
