Role: Senior Business / Data Analyst – Genesis & Full Suite Integration
Location: Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or Jacksonville, FL or Jersey City, NJ or Chicago, IL or O’Fallon, MO or Sioux Falls, SD (candidate should be willing to work out of any one location. Location priority is as listed.)

Key Responsibilities

Genesis & Full Suite Expertise

Lead and support Genesis–Full Suite implementation and integration projects within Client’s environments.

Provide end-to-end understanding of Genesis and Full Suite technical architecture, including upstream and downstream system interactions.

Work closely with technology and testing teams to ensure seamless data flow, reconciliation, and integration across systems.

Data Mapping & Remediation

Perform detailed data mapping between Full Suite and Genesis across multiple regions (NAM, APAC, EMEA, LATAM).

Drive data remediation efforts, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues.

Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

Validate transformed and migrated data using SQL, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and reconciliation techniques.

Business Analysis & Documentation

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and SME discussions.

Create, review, and maintain BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and change requests (CRs).

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development and testing teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Genesis–Full Suite integrations.

Design and execute test cases covering edge cases, high-volume data scenarios, and exception handling.

Utilize HP ALM/JIRA for defect tracking and resolution.

Ensure data integration meets Client’s data quality and governance standards.

Stakeholder & Agile Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and offshore/onshore teams.

Participate in and lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and status reporting.

Communicate risks, dependencies, milestones, and remediation status to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Direct involvement in Genesis and Full Suite projects.

Strong understanding of Genesis–Full Suite technical architecture and integration patterns.

Proven experience in:

Data mapping & reconciliation

Data remediation & data quality management

UAT and integration testing

Hands-on expertise with:

SQL

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)

HP ALM / JIRA / Confluence

Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience working in large, regulated banking environments.

Ability to work with global teams across multiple geographies.

Experience handling multi-region data migrations and integrations.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
