Tryfacta is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Federal AI & Energy Infrastructure and a Solution Architect – AI & Power Infrastructure for our client, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), in Kevil, KY 42053. Location: Kevil, KY 42053
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Senior Program Manager:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data center and energy infrastructure programs

• Manage integrated master schedule, budget, procurement, and risk controls

• Coordinate engineering, utilities, construction, and federal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with DOE oversight and reporting requirements

Solution Architect:

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI compute, storage, networking, cooling, and power delivery

• Translate AI workload requirements into scalable infrastructure design

• Ensure architectural alignment with federal site and utility constraints

• Support vendor evaluation and phased deployment planning

To be considered for these positions, you should have:

• Proven experience in large-scale (MW) data center and infrastructure environments

• Experience working in regulated or federal environments

• Strong execution governance (PM) and system-level design integration (SA)

• PMP strongly preferred for Program Manager

• U.S. Citizen required

• No active clearance required
