 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Client HAM PRO module.

Solid understanding of the Client platform architecture and development best practices.

Experience in Client configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Client HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the Client platform.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
