Join our team as a Vendor Management System Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our systems and processes. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the system's data accuracy and troubleshoot any issues effectively.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement in vendor performance and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to users, facilitating clear communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Support invoice validation and expedite processing to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform backend system updates and align configurations with global standards.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and over two years of experience with Vendor Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Workday VNDLY or similar platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline.
  • Knowledge of global vendor management practices and contingent workforce programs.
