Job Title: Enterprise Sourcing Specialist (IT Procurement)
Location: Richmond, VA 23225
Duration: 2+ Months - Expected to extending to 1.5 - 2 years
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days remote (no exceptions). 

Skill
Sr level IT Procurement experience
Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all types of stakeholders
Experience executing request for proposals (RFPs).
Demonstrated Knowledge of contract development
Ability to analyze and negotiate complex high value contracts
Ability to interpret procurement law and policies
Ability to use existing templates and work instructions to complete tasks
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with all levels of staff and the general public
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, information systems, compliance, legal, or related field preferred (or commiserate experience)
Ability to work with Enterprise Sourcing peers to collectively problem solve and brainstorm solutions that can be uniformly applied
