One of our clients is looking for the position of Cyber Security Engineer based on following skills:

Interviews will be onsite.  Location TBD after candidate screening. 

Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.

Cyber Security Engineer

Requirement Description:

Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of DRC data, systems, and networks

·         Responding to all system and/or network security breaches

·         Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities

·         Evaluating the organization’s security needs and establishing best practices and standards accordingly

·         Taking appropriate security measures to ensure that DRC’s infrastructure and existing data are kept safe

·         Perform scheduled and ad-hoc vulnerability scans across networks, servers and endpoints.

·         Analyze scan results, validate findings, and prioritize remediation based on risk and exploitability

·         Partner with IT team and application teams to coordinate remediation and verify fixes

·         Tune scans and reduce false positives to improve data accuracy

·         Develop vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports

·         Conducting testing and scans to identify any vulnerabilities in the network and system

The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
