10+ years of experience in Guidewire suite, including Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center
Lead end-to-end test strategy and execution across Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center
Expertise in cross-module integration testing, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms
Develop and implement testing frameworks for complex Guidewire system upgrades and migrations
Conduct functional, regression, automation, and performance testing across modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between claims, policy, and billing processes
Drive test optimization and continuous improvement in Agile environments
Oversee defect management, risk analysis, and test reporting across modules
Utilize test management tools for efficient planning and execution (JIRA, ALM, MTM, Rally)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams
Guidewire certification and experience with large-scale upgrade/migration projects are highly desirable
Guidewire Claim Center Test Lead
10+ years of experience in Guidewire Claim Center
Expertise in Claim Center functionalities (FNOL, claim adjudication, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation)
Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management for Claim Center
Guide teams in upgrade/migration testing within Claim Center
Develop and optimize test frameworks for functional, integration, and regression testing
Implement automation testing for streamlined test execution
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and improve test coverage
Manage test artifacts using test management tools (JIRA, ALM, MTM, Rally)
Ensure quality delivery in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
Provide leadership and mentorship to QA teams
Guidewire certification is a plus
Guidewire Policy Center Test Lead
10+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center
Lead testing for Policy Center functionalities, including rating, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Define and execute test strategy for Policy Center implementation and upgrades
Drive integration testing across Policy Center and connected systems
Implement test automation strategies for policy workflows
Oversee defect management and test reporting using industry-standard tools
Ensure seamless testing in a deadline-driven program
Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous process improvements
Support test data creation and validation
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Guidewire certification is a plus
Guidewire Billing Center Test Lead
10+ years of experience in Guidewire Billing Center
Expertise in Billing Center functionalities, including invoicing, payments, commissions, delinquency processing, and account reconciliation
Develop test strategy for Billing Center including upgrades and enhancements
Lead testing efforts for integration with financial systems and external payment gateways
Oversee functional, regression, and automation testing for Billing processes
Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking using JIRA, ALM, MTM, Rally
Ensure efficient test execution within a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
Work closely with developers and business analysts for requirement validation
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testers
Guidewire certification is a plus
