Pay Range: $50 - $55.28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability improvements and implement
- Develop robust processes that drive product and business goals
- Test products
- Pull data, analyze, and publish results
- Perform failure analysis using formal processes and communicate results
- Create documentation
- Communicate status to Leadership
- Train factory personnel as part of transition activities
- Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required - 10%
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Process Improvement/Process Development, Six Sigma, Degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chem. Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
- Degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chem. Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
- Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance
- 1.5 years professional experience
