SAP EWM Functional Consultant – Retail

Position: SAP EWM Consultant – Retail / Segmentation
Location: Remote 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in Retail Segmentation to support a short-term engagement. The consultant will be responsible for designing functional specifications and supporting the implementation of an EWM/Segmentation solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand retail segmentation requirements.
• Design detailed functional specifications for EWM and segmentation solutions.
• Provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements in warehouse and distribution operations.
• Support configuration guidance and ensure alignment with existing EWM processes.
• Assist in testing and validation of functional design where required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including decentralized EWM implementations.
• Expertise in retail segmentation, warehouse, and distribution processes.
• Ability to create functional specifications and document solution design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with short-term or rapid EWM design projects.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA integration with EWM.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation, picking strategies, or RF processes.
