NET Developer (Senior or Mid) - Local to Dallas

Position: .NET Developer (Mid-Level & Senior)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite & In-person Interview)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Developer (Senior or Mid) to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining core software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Mentor junior developers and promote a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience with .NET framework and its ecosystem
• Proficiency in Azure services, including:
  • Azure App Service
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Other Azure PaaS offerings
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, including:
  • Complex queries
  • Stored procedures
  • Database performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Blazor or MVC (Model-View-Controller)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Experience with Microservices architecture
