Summary
Location: Remote
- We are looking for a SAP PTM/QM VSL (Plan to Make & Quality Management Value Stream Leader) to join our Medical Digital IT Team. As the SAP workstream Lead, your role will be to drive the development and implementation of SAP S4 Hana enhancements as part of the RME (Run Maintain & Enhance) ensuring seamless integration of PTM & QM processes to optimize business process & solution efficiency. You will be responsible for your team’s deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, test and guide the deliverables towards the go-live. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen, possess a strong ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge, and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders.

- Spearhead the conception and execution of SAP PTM & QM solutions, fostering collaboration with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Partner with vendors, partners, and users across functions to design, implement and test solutions and interfaces
- Drive seamless integration of processes across SAP PP-QM modules, optimizing workflow efficiency and data integrity
- Conduct thorough analysis of PTM & QM business requirements, offering strategic recommendations to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Provide continuous functional support and expert guidance to internal stakeholders on the utilization of SAP systems, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing system capabilities
- Work with Organizational Change Management and Program Leadership to develop tailored training programs for end-users, facilitating comprehensive understanding and effective adoption of SAP solutions within the PTM & QM environments
- Evaluate the ramifications of SAP updates and changes on PTM & QM solutions, proactively implementing change management strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity
- Support critical activities such as business-specific configuration, procedure creation, system testing that are needed to implement an SAP-based solution
- Ensure localized solution implementation is aligned with the global template and surface & resolve decisions that impact the global template
- Utilize project implementation tools such as Jira & Solution Manager
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, (or a related field), or 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with 2+ years supporting large scale systems implementation projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in risk management and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving consensus and motivating teams.
- Ability to effectively lead remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to analyze complex supply chain processes and propose effective solutions.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation in production planning and quality management processes.
- Travel up to 25%.
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP PP/QM).
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Experience navigating Jira & Solution Manager.
