Job Title: Python MCP Server Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:

Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
Hands-on experience with LangChain (agents, chains, tools, memory).
Understanding of agent-to-agent communication / orchestration protocols (supervisor agents, worker agents) - or experience with multi-agent systems.
Experience building and maintaining APIs / microservices (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
Good knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG workflows.
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in distributed or stateful systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
Excellent written documentation skills.
