responsibilities:

The Shared Services PMO delivers strategic IT programs in support of priority enterprise goals. This Senior PM resource will support the Shared Services PMO to support major investment projects.

Surrounding Team: Cross functional, collaborative, virtual work environment.

- Update program plan & schedules - adjust timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across projects.

- Prepare and deliver status reports - consolidate updates for leadership (health, risks, financials).

- Coordinate with Finance partners - ensure alignment on forecasts, accruals, and funding approvals.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings - run working sessions, steering committees, and update calls.

- Review risks and issues - log, track, and escalate financial or delivery risks.

- Align with project managers - gather progress updates, ensure adherence to standards and governance.

- Validate data in systems - check ServiceNow, ERP, or financial tools for accuracy and reconciliation.

- Engage with vendors/consultants - confirm deliverables, timelines, and billing are on track.

- Communicate program progress - translate technical and financial details into clear executive-ready messages.

Education/Certification Required: BS/BA degree required Preferred: PMP/PGMP certification

Years of experience required: 10+ years' experience

Candidates should have experience using ServiceNow PPM or SMP for project Management. Candidates should have experience with projects related to IT business management and IT finance or enterprise architecture implementations.

Disqualifiers: lacking necessary requirements.
