Job Description:
* The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the quality department. Job duties to include but not limited to filing, scanning documents, data entry.
* Experience: Prior administrative experience is beneficial, particularly in a fast-paced office environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and clients.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint)
