Role: Hospital Lab Manager, Chemistry
Location: Nyack NY 10960
Payrate: $55/hr. - $75/hr. on W2
Shift time: Day Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM), Monday Friday

Job Description:
Responsible for managing hospital laboratory operations and contract service delivery, ensuring quality control, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with internal teams and hospital clients. Leads implementation plans, staff performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional things required:
5+ years of laboratory managerial experience; hospital lab experience preferred.
Bachelor s (Master s preferred) degree in medical/clinical laboratory science or related field.
Current state Clinical Laboratory Scientist license (e.g., NY State license).
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Office tools.
