Seeking a UDL Senior Technical Lead to serve as the technical anchor for the UDL. This is a hybrid technical lead/architect role requiring someone who can operate across the full lifecycle of technical delivery—from sizing and scoping work, to critiquing and refining technical plans, to providing hands-on oversight through execution. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a strategic thinker.
They bring broad Foundry knowledge and can get hands-on when needed, but their primary value is in shaping the work: pressure-testing proposed approaches, identifying gaps before they become problems, creating plans that are realistic and achievable, and holding teams accountable to quality standards throughout delivery. They have the judgment to navigate complex technical constraints, finding creative solutions to challenges around access management, compliance requirements, and environment separation. They will work across internal IT stakeholders and external partners (Palantir, Alix Partners) to ensure technical approaches are sound, scalable, and aligned to program needs.

- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements into technical direction for delivery teams
- Represent the UDL technical perspective in cross-functional planningdiscussions
Coaching and Mentorship (10%)
- Provide guidance and feedback to technical SMEs on approach, quality, and professional growth
- Conduct code and design reviews that build team capability over time
