Our 10-week internship is your chance to experience life as a Research Analyst at IMC through engaging and challenging training and project work. Throughout the summer, you will receive comprehensive support from a dedicated mentor to guide you in your work and professional development. Your Core Responsibilities: - Participate in training covering options theory and core principles of financial markets
- Develop skills throughout the summer with support and feedback from a dedicated mentor
- Build valuable connections in an environment that recognizes and rewards problem solving, innovation and teamwork
- Engage in professional development sessions aimed at helping you envision your future at IMC
- Attend a full schedule of events and social activities to build valuable connections with your intern cohort and current employees
Your Skills & Experience: - Current student at a university in the United States or Canada graduating between September 2026 and July 2027 that is pursuing an Economics, Business, Finance or a related degree.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in solving complex problems
- Thrives and is able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Not afraid to ask questions, take responsibility and learn from experience
- A team player with a proactive mindset
- Experience programming in python preferred, but not required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interest in Financial Markets
- Must be able to start the internship on June 8, 2026

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
