Program Manager, Technology Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager, Technology Systems in Austin, TX.

Summary:
We're seeking a Program Manager to lead the development, integration, and optimization of internal technology platforms across key business functions, including Recruiting, Sales, Finance, and Operations. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure systems-from CRM and ATS to project management and financial tools-work seamlessly together to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands systems integration, and can translate business needs into technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end program management for technology systems: planning, implementation, adoption, and maintenance
* Align technology solutions with organizational goals and develop roadmaps for new systems and integrations
* Oversee integration of platforms across multiple departments; Identify gaps and streamline workflows through automation
* Act as liaison between business teams and vendors; Define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful adoption
* Maintain documentation, system maps, and change management plans
* Enhance data visibility and reporting, lead training and governance for effective system use
* Track performance metrics and ROI for technology investments

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years in program or product management with strong exposure to systems integration or enterprise platform management
* Deep understanding of SaaS environments and common business tools (CRM, ATS, ERP, BI, HRIS)
* Proven success managing cross-functional technology programs from concept to implementation
* Strong technical acumen (APIs, integrations, data flows)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Details:
* Requires ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving priorities
* Physical requirements include navigating active work sites and using PPE when necessary

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
