Materials & Process Engineer - Organic Materials

Seeking a world-class Materials & Process Engineer to join our team dedicated to shaping the future of virtual and augmented reality. AR/VR is poised to become as ubiquitous as personal computers and smartphones, fundamentally transforming how we work, play, and connect. We are developing the full spectrum of necessary technologies, including optics, displays, computer vision, haptic interaction, and perception science. To achieve truly breakthrough AR glasses and VR headsets, we are heavily invested in fundamental materials research and development, including the design and characterization of novel materials for highly specific applications.

This role focuses on taking organic materials from initial concept all the way through to device integration. The position requires a deep understanding of material processing, analysis, and the resulting impact on device performance.

****Working with organic materials. Not metallurgical, inorganic chemistry.*****

Must-Have Skills. Team is open to a variety of profiles.
Experience in experimental laboratory work, demonstrating the ability to translate and adapt concepts to a bench-top environment.
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
? Chemistry
? Materials Science (with a focus on organic materials)
? Crystallization and Nucleation
? Solid State Analysis
? Optoelectrical Materials
Assist in transitioning research discoveries into practical applications for Meta product development.
