Job Title : Technical Product Manager (TPM) / Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Technical Product Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in cloud platforms, integration technologies, and agile delivery. This role will lead complex global technology initiatives, oversee end-to-end product and program execution, and manage a team of 15+ engineers delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.

The TPM will act as a bridge between business, engineering, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Program Leadership

• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Define project and program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Translate long-term business objectives into an actionable technology strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Manage technology product goals, forecasts, and release plans.

Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach when required, ensuring teams adhere to agile values and best practices.
• Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ engineers across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Facilitate efficient collaboration between internal IT teams and external technology vendors.
• Communicate project and program status to senior leadership and stakeholders using clear metrics and quantitative reporting.

Technical & Platform Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams leveraging Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run, MuleSoft, and API-driven architectures.
• Ensure effective integration design, cloud deployment, and scalability of solutions.
• Support integration testing, release management, and post-release feedback analysis.
• Promote technical excellence, innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Risk, Reporting & Governance

• Identify project and program risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide accurate, insightful analysis and reporting for executive reviews and presentations.
• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership of complex, global programs.
• Strong technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Cloud Run.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, and integration platforms.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring tools.
• Experience in SaaS or large enterprise product environments is highly preferable
• Experience with MuleSoft for API and integration management.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations is preferable

Certifications (Preferred):

• At least one certification in Google Cloud, MuleSoft, or Agile frameworks (CSM, PSPO) is highly desirable.
