Responsibilities

·       Lead and manage the FICO module implementation and configuration activities within SAP.

·       Oversee the service delivery of FICO-related support processes, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

·       Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into functional specifications.

·       Provide expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and management accounting processes within SAP FICO.

·       Establish best practices and standards for FICO support and implementation across the organization.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives for FICO services and processes, identifying areas for enhancement.

·       Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate users on FICO functionalities and updates.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, implementation, or support roles.

·       Proven experience in service delivery management and team leadership.

·       Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes and principles.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

·       SAP certifications in FICO are highly desirable.
