Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and quick-learning IT Support Engineer to assist with infrastructure upgrades, application setup, and mobile device configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Infrastructure Support
- Assist in upgrading Windows operating systems
Support software installation, application setup, and basic testing. - Verify application connectivity at warehouse locations.
- Mobile Device & Intune Support
- Participate in Intune migration for iPads.
- Configure business applications on iPads and perform functionality testing.
- Coordinate with production floor users to ensure successful deployment.
General IT Support
- Provide basic troubleshooting and debugging support for hardware and software issues.
- Document setup procedures and assist in maintaining deployment logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, iOS devices, and basic networking concepts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred (but not required):
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management platforms.
- Basic understanding of application deployment and system testing.
- Internship or academic project experience in IT support or system administration.
