Workday Technical Architect

Role Summary

Looking for a Workday Technical Architect / Lead with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting, especially across HCM and Financials. This role is more Workday-heavy than Java-heavy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Workday integrations and custom reports
• Design and implement custom Workday solutions & workflows
• Work closely with business and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot Workday platform issues
• Ensure data integrity & security
• Maintain technical documentation
• Stay current with new Workday features

• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
