Customer Service Representative - Remote

Job Description:

Project: 

The CSRs will be responsible for reviewing and processing applications for new vendors looking to be apart of the Marketplace platform and make sure meeting requirements before onboarding.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Reviews of new seller applications from Turkey and other Countries of Incorporation. Approving or declining applications based on requirements for Marketplace Inbound and Outbound sellers.
• Reviewing and decisioning appealed seller applications.
• Collaborating and sharing feedback with team and leadership

Required experience:

• 1-2+ years within some sort of customer service/retail or admin related role
• Risk Operations Background preferred but not needed (would be likely listed as “risk operations specialist”
• Consultant can know any one of the Languages 
• German, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai and Vietnamese

Skills Needed:

• Ensuring accuracy of data and decision making.
• Analyzing and applying information from multiple sources and systems.
• Adherence to documented screening workflow and requirements.
