QA Lead

We’re seeking a hands-on QA Lead to own quality across our digital and supply-chain platforms, including Salesforce, OMS, WMS, TMS, and eCommerce. You’ll lead a global QA team, drive test automation with TOSCA or UiPath, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure every release is stable, scalable, and production-ready. This is a full-time hybrid/remote (4 days on-site/1 day remote) position located in Irving, TX.

COMP: Up to $110K depending on the candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Define and execute end-to-end QA strategy across functional, integration, system, UAT, performance, and automation testing.
• Build and maintain test strategies, test plans, estimates, scenarios, and automation frameworks.
• Ensure testing aligns to business priorities across Retail, eCommerce, Order Management, Warehousing, and Transportation systems.

• Manage and mentor onshore and offshore QA analysts and automation engineers.
• Plan, assign, track, and deliver testing work across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Create clarity, accountability, and momentum across distributed teams.

• Design and maintain automation using TOSCA or UiPath.
• Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Expand API, data, and integration testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and SQL validation.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define test coverage and release readiness.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, ensuring business users are fully supported.
• Identify, track, and drive resolution of defects and quality risks before they impact customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 6+ years leading onshore and offshore QA teams
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-workstream programs
• Strong communication with executives, product teams, and engineering leaders

• 12+ years of testing experience in Retail, eCommerce, or Supply Chain systems
• 7+ years of hands-on TOSCA or UiPath automation
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall, test management, and defect lifecycle
• Experience with qTest, HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps

Strong experience in testing:
