Logistics Analyst II

• Verify shipment contents against records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage inventory by requisitioning and storing shipping materials and supplies.
• Prepare essential documents for routing materials efficiently.
• Collaborate with representatives to address issues such as damages or discrepancies.
• Record and maintain shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
• Choose the most economical and efficient shipping methods and containers.
• Ensure safe delivery by packing items correctly and verifying shipment requests.
• Maintain departmental databases and prepare routine reports.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the team.

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

<>Preferred Skills

• Experience with MMAS compliance and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Background in GOCO (Government owned contractor operated) and supply chain experience.
