<>Responsibilities>- Verify shipment contents against records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage inventory by requisitioning and storing shipping materials and supplies.
- Prepare essential documents for routing materials efficiently.
- Collaborate with representatives to address issues such as damages or discrepancies.
- Record and maintain shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
- Choose the most economical and efficient shipping methods and containers.
- Ensure safe delivery by packing items correctly and verifying shipment requests.
- Maintain departmental databases and prepare routine reports.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with MMAS compliance and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Background in GOCO (Government owned contractor operated) and supply chain experience.
