Title: Anaplan Solution Architect (FP&A)

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect / Master Anaplanner to lead financial planning and analytics (FP&A) implementations for a large enterprise retail client. This role will be responsible for designing scalable Anaplan solutions, leading end-to-end deployments, partnering with business stakeholders, and coordinating integrations with upstream/downstream systems.

The ideal candidate has strong financial domain knowledge, multiple enterprise Anaplan implementations, and experience operating in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Anaplan models supporting FP&A processes.

• Drive multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations and enterprise rollouts.

• Partner directly with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution guidance.

• Design and develop high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Coordinate with data integration and migration teams for inbound and outbound feeds.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support and build integrations.

• Lead production support issues, prioritize based on severity, and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare technical and functional artifacts including solution designs, technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and business architecture documentation.

• Operate within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles and contribute to planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.

• 8+ years of total professional experience with at least 5+ years in Anaplan development and architecture.

• Extensive experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and financial statement analysis.

• Proven track record of delivering at least 4 end-to-end Anaplan implementations.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, and enterprise system connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail or consumer goods industry experience.

• Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Prior consulting or system-integrator background.
