Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Support Specialist to manage and support sales campaigns and business process flows within Salesforce. This role will be responsible for configuring, running, and optimizing Salesforce campaigns, maintaining process automation, and supporting sales and marketing teams with day-to-day Salesforce operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Campaign Management
- Configure, execute, and manage Salesforce Sales Campaigns, including:
- Campaign setup and maintenance
- Lead and contact association
- Campaign member status management
- Tracking campaign performance and ROI
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule
- Troubleshoot campaign issues related to data, automation, or reporting
Salesforce Process & Flow Management
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, scheduled flows)
- Support and optimize existing automation including:
- Process Builder (where applicable)
- Approval processes
- Validation rules
- Ensure process flows align with business requirements and follow Salesforce best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate manual sales processes
User Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support for sales users
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
- Campaigns and automation
- Data quality and system behavior
- Manage basic Salesforce administration tasks:
- User setup and permissions
- Profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Page layouts and record types
Reporting & Data Quality
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards related to:
- Campaign performance
- Sales activity
- Pipeline metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce
- Assist with data imports, updates, and cleanup as needed
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document Salesforce processes, flows, and campaign procedures
- Support testing and validation of new Salesforce features or enhancements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce (Sales Cloud)
- Experience managing Salesforce Campaigns
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
- Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configuration
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience with data imports (Data Loader or similar tools)
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organization
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Understanding of sales operations or revenue processes
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations or APIs (support-level understanding)
