Summary:
The client is seeking an experienced Automation & AI Platform Lead to manage and enhance cloud platform services. This role leads automation initiatives using AI, RPA, and low-code platforms, serves as a technical escalation point, and works closely with stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of automation solutions using Azure, AI, RPA (UIPath), Power Automate, and Box

• Act as technical SME and escalation point for platform services

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and cloud specialists

• Administer Adobe Management Platform (including Adobe Sign)

• Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities

• Oversee full automation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of automation solutions

• Maintain platform documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as Automation / Technical Lead

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, AI, RPA, Power Platform, GitHub, and scripting

• Expertise in UIPath, Active Directory / Entra, Box, ServiceNow

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
