Position: STIBO (STEP) MDM Architect
Location: Hoboken NJ/ Remote
Duration: Contract to hire


We are looking for a highly skilled STIBO STEP MDM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution.

Skills and Requirements:
Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.

12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.

Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.

Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions
Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.

Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
