Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with strong experience in DevOps modernization initiatives, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive delivery, process improvements, and platform modernization in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for DevOps modernization programs

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• Work closely with DevOps, cloud, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technical teams

• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies

• Support production monitoring and operational insights using observability tools

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Azure Cloud / Azure DevOps

• JIRA (user stories, backlog management, sprint tracking)

• ServiceNow (incident, change, and request workflows)

• Datadog (monitoring, logging, performance insights)

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within DevOps or cloud environments

• Solid understanding of Scrum / Agile methodologies

• Stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Kubernetes

• Terraform

• Infrastructure-as-Code exposure

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience

• Proven experience working in enterprise DevOps or cloud transformation projects

• Certifications: Not required
