Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. The selected candidate will work onsite and be responsible for governance, risk, and compliance functions within the SAP environment. This role involves managing access controls, security administration, compliance processes, and audit support across SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control & Process Control modules.
Manage user access provisioning, authorization concepts, and role design.
Perform risk analysis, SoD (Segregation of Duties) checks, and remediation.
Support audit and compliance reviews, document controls, and ensure policy adherence.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve security-related issues.
Monitor system controls, troubleshoot defects, and perform regular system health checks.
Prepare documentation, reports, and support UAT activities.
Work onsite in alignment with business hours in Houston, TX.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in SAP Security / SAP GRC.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Access Control (ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM).
Experience with SAP role design, authorization troubleshooting, and security implementation.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.
