Title: Delivery Lead/ Technical Project Manager

• They need someone who can be able to manage 2-4 teams at a time (maybe 2 scrum teams and 2 traditional PM teams)
• Most teams will be in India - Would like to have someone that has managed colocation teams
• Must have experience communicating with Stakeholders 
• Be able to lead Grooming sessions
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Project Management principles and people coordination.
• Experience and deep knowledge in JIRA are essential.
• Strong experience in both Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Highly organized, with the ability to build roadmaps, track dependencies, and tenaciously resolve blockers
• Strong understanding of Lean, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on team needs, environment, and constraints
• Skilled at training and coaching team members on Scrum and XP-related artifacts (DoR, DoD, User Stories, Story Points, etc.)
• Skilled at socializing and discussing team dashboards (burn-ups, burn-downs, etc.)
• Drives continuous improvement
• Facilitates ongoing team planning activities and cross-team Scrum ceremonies
