Sr Business Systems Analyst + ServiceNow
W2 Only (NO C2C)

Core Responsibilities
- Drive enhancements, new feature delivery, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization for the HRSD team.
- Participate in research, user testing (including test script development), backlog management, and occasional light configuration activities.
- Provide minimal support coverage (approx. 5%), focusing primarily on proactive solutions and capability delivery.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, including basic configuration and familiarity with ServiceNow terminology (e.g., modules, system upgrades).
- Occasional hands-on configuration (approximately 20% of the workload), with most configuration handled by development resources.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks; limited coding/configuration as needed.
- Experience with HR systems, Employee Center Pro, knowledge articles, and access management in ServiceNow is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Demonstrates curiosity and a strong desire to learn new systems and processes.
- Proactive and independent in resolving issues and managing ambiguity.
- Willingness to expand skillsets beyond initial onboarding.
- Excellent collaboration abilities with cross-functional team members (product owners, developers, analysts, UX/UI).
