Job Title: Appian Consultant with DevOps and IAM
Location: Remote (Preference for EST candidates)Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
CICD
o Establish process and enforce governance for Appian release
management
o Includes code promotion from dev > test/cert -> Prod
o Technical integration with MTB standard tooling where feasible (GitLab,
Artifactory, Veracode, etc)
o Development of tooling for Appian artifact management for tracking in
flight development items and tracing to work tickets
o Establish processes/tooling for code and data rollback.
IAM **MOST IMPORTANT***
o Develop framework for Appian Group Management to align with bank-standard IAM, Workforce and external. includes MyAccess/Active
Directory/Azure Entra/Strivacity -
o Enforcement of IAM processes through all environments including DEV
(Developers' standard login accounts cannot be sysadmins in any
environment, including dev)
o Establish and enforce process for elevated sysadmin access in
concordance with MTB Policy
Quality Management
o Establish process and enforce governance for Unit testing of Appian
expressions and other code artifacts as supported with native Appian tools
o Establish process for integrated regression automation as part of CICD
pipeline preprod and prod
o Help define standards for peer review of developed Appian artifacts
Documentation
o Establish process and enforce governance for delivery of required
documentation artifacts in conjunction with development
o Contribute to creation of document artifacts such as System Architecture
Documents
Integration
o Development of Proof-of-concept integrations with bank and/or external
systems to demonstrate alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.
