Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows / Flow Designer
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment

Requirements:

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong JavaScript and ITSM knowledge
Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and integrations
Background in financial services or regulated domains preferred
