Systems Developer

This is back fill Position

Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. 84 months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C#, ASP.NET, Web API for n-tier web deployment.
2. 84 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
3. 84 months Experience with Oracle: Database design and modelling, fluent with PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, creating tables, etc.
4. 84 Months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), dynamic link library, SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
5. 72 Months Experience using Team Foundation Server and GIT including CI/CD for source code management.
6. 72 months Experience working with UI/UX team, Business Analysts, and Project managers to define requirements and timelines.
7. 24 Months Experience with user provisioning, authentication and authorization using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Manager.
8. 24 Months Experience with Human Resource list management system following civil service Guidelines.
