Job Overview

The Client is seeking an IT Enterprise Business Analyst 2 with strong Tosca test automation experience to support vehicle registration and motor vehicle regulation systems. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, involving test automation development, execution, defect management, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. The candidate will work independently on routine tasks and provide support on more complex testing efforts, while also mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute automated test plans using Tricentis Tosca

• Build model-based test cases and data-driven test scenarios

• Validate business and system requirements efficiently and adapt tests to changing requirements

Collaboration & Defect Management

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

• Create detailed defect reports including steps to reproduce, severity, impact, and supporting evidence

• Retest fixes using Tosca and ensure defect resolution

Testing Scope

• Perform system testing, regression testing, and service pack acceptance testing

• Ensure application stability, reliability, and compliance

Compliance & Security

• Adhere to Georgia IT security and data privacy standards, especially when handling sensitive data

Support & Documentation

• Manage and maintain test data

• Create and update testing documentation and process artifacts

• Mentor and train junior team members on Tosca automation best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca test automation

• Experience working with system testing methodologies and automation frameworks

• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred
