We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator with strong customer care and call center experience to support and manage a Dynamics CRM (Power Platform) environment. The role will primarily focus on customer service operations, with additional support for Finance and HR functions. Responsibilities include administering Dynamics CRM, managing users and security, configuring case management, queues, SLAs, workflows, and supporting call center and IVR integrations. The administrator will work closely with customer care teams to optimize service workflows, reporting, and overall system performance. IVR experience is preferred, along with hands-on knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and CRM reporting/dashboards.
Key Requirements
Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
Strong customer care / call center CRM experience
Knowledge of case management, queues, SLAs
IVR integration or setup experience preferred
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
