Crave Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Crave Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Manage engineering projects from conceptual design through commissioning and implementation
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to identify product improvements or cost reduction ideas
* Support implementation by providing technical input and project feasibility assessments
* Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and teams to ensure project deliverables
* Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
* Attend industry conferences and network with suppliers and vendors
* Provide input on process improvements and best practices for project delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
* 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects from design to implementation
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Strong project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
* Understanding of engineering design processes, technical specifications, and implementation challenges
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* A sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes
* Intellectually curious individual who is enthusiastic about problem solving and creative thinking
* A detail-oriented person with due diligence and research skills
* Comfortable with fast-paced and constantly evolving environments

Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects or other Power generation systems
* Knowledge of project valuation methodologies and financial metrics (NPV, IRR, LCOE)
* Understanding of utility-scale energy project development
* Experience with data analysis and analytics is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
