About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Automation, AI & LCAP Team Lead to help lead a high-impact Cloud Platform Services team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader passionate about automation, AI, and modern cloud platforms who thrives in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment.

You will serve as a technical escalation point, mentor developers and administrators, and actively participate in leadership meetings-presenting solutions, guiding strategy, and partnering with agencies to drive innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Box, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Serve as the administrator for the Enterprise Adobe Management Platform, including Adobe Sign.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of cloud and automation specialists.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for platform services, supporting agency onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure automation solutions meet standards for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Participate in leadership and stakeholder meetings, presenting solutions and progress in person.
Coordinate and lead monthly Communities of Practice and conduct agency outreach and research.
Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
Troubleshoot platform issues and work closely with service partners for resolution.
Identify opportunities to enhance and improve existing services.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI, RPA, Azure Cloud, Power Platform, and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in an Automation Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
Strong hands-on expertise with:
- UIPath (RPA)
- Azure Cloud / Microsoft Entra
- GitHub
- Box
- Active Directory
- ServiceNow
- Scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
