Enterprise Applications S/4HANA ABAP, BTP, Fiori Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, conduct blueprinting, design, configure, and conduct functional testing
• Lead data migration activities and set up test data for UAT
• Manage ABAP team for development and testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Provide transformation leadership by advising clients on S/4HANA and other SAP solutions
• Work collaboratively with a global team to deliver client-specific assessments and thought leadership
• Participate in proposal management, pre-sales activities, and contribute to sales pitches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of IT experience with a focus on SAP technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including large-scale transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and technology topics related to SAP
• Proven experience in process architecture and data & analytics within an SAP context

Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP Cloud, Hybrid, BTP, AI, and Cloud ALM
• Familiarity with integration concepts and modern data analytics tools like BDC and BW
• Capability in conducting detailed functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing offshore development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in S/4HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and adapt quickly
• Experience in people management, team building, and driving innovation initiatives
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
• Certification in PMP or equivalent is preferred
