Build reproducible fine tuning pipelines (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT) with secure data handling.
Implement advanced prompt evolution (GEPA, self play, genetic strategies).
Curate/augment datasets; enforce PII controls and audit trails.
Design evaluation harnesses; measure safety, bias, robustness, and cost.
Optimize GPU training/inference, profiling, caching, batching.
Partner on guardrails, red teaming, and deployment readiness.

Qualifications:

5+ yrs ML/AI; 2+ yrs LLM/VLM; strong Python & PyTorch.
Experience with RLHF/DPO, GEPA.
On prem MLOps; compliance and observability.
