Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer/Remote Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and support IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI actions
Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other systems
Support testing, deployment, and production issues
Maintain technical documentation

Required Skills

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM development
Knowledge of JavaScript, workflows, and integrations
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
