The person needs to be an Insurance BA based in the U.S. The kicker is that they must have worked at Sapiens or in some Sapiens capacity as part of their background. They also must have workers comp experience (general insurance is not enough).
- 10 plus years of relevant industry experience in insurance/benefits planning
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Insurance Industry Software (Guidewire, Sapiens, Duckcreek, Insurity, etc)

Basic Requirements:
- 10 plus years of relevant industry experience in insurance/benefits planning
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Insurance Industry Software (Guidewire, Sapiens, Duckcreek, Insurity, etc)
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to rapidly learn software tools as required
- Experience with Visio
- Present professionally and be client facing
- Available to travel up to 50%, likely closer to 25%
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in workers compensation industry
- Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools (ProcessMaker, KISSFLOW, Zoho Creator, Nintex, Bizagi)
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR change management methodology
- Experience working with a testing team
